The 36th edition of the San Francisco Fall Art and Antiques Show, Flower Power: Floral Imagery in Art, Antiques and Design, opened with its much loved Preview Gala on October 25, 2017.  The flower power theme celebrated the 50th anniversary of San Francisco’s historic Summer of Love and highlighted floral imagery in textiles, furniture, paintings, works on paper, jewelry, ceramics, and objets d’art.

Some 50 dealers from around the world brought their wares to the Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture’s Festival Pavilion for the three-day event. The Grand Entry Hall featured four vignettes created by prominent local designers, each incorporating pieces borrowed from exhibitors on the show floor. The vignettes also included custom designed wall coverings from de Gournay.
