An Intimate Evening with Oscar, the Saint Francis Foundation Ambassadors fourth annual Academy Awards viewing party sold out in less than nine hours! On February 24, 2019, some 175 guests dressed for the red carpet and gathered in the penthouse suite of the Fairmont Hotel for the swanky event that also served as a fundraiser. Chair Chris Meza announced that together the Ambassadors raised over $150,000 for the Saint Francis Foundation.

An Intimate Evening with Oscar featured a walk of fame lined with local paparazzi from Drew Altizer Photography, a cocktail buffet, champagne reception, and live streaming of the 91^st Academy Awards in five screening rooms throughout the luxurious penthouse. The Bay Area’s own Emmy Award-winning radio and TV personality Liam Mayclem entertained during commercial breaks.

“From the moment you sweep onto the red carpet, you are our “Best Nominee!,” said Chris Meza. “This year’s event was another record-breaker and it wouldn’t be possible without our generous sponsors. Thank you.”
