Best Dressed at SF Symphony Gala 2018

Gorgeous Jerica Lee sparkled in black and gold and lovely Rachael Bowman dazzled in pewter.  Chrisa Pappas in Chanel could have stolen the entire show. Tara Dollinger upped the ante in a crystal beaded and sheer wrap dress over a pale flesh-toned bodysuit. Fashion leader Sloan Barnett rocked leather and layers of feathers to perfection.

Rebecca Lin swanned in a billowing and tiered white with blue ballgown, and Jillian Manus posed swan-like in a custom one-of-a-kind gown by Mark Zunino. Vanessa Getty stunned in raspberry sequins by Monique Lhuillier.

Forever reliable for tasteful and fashion-forward red carpet looks, Yurie Pascarella wore lemon yellow from J Mendel. Komal Shah, another red carpet favorite who never disappoints, chose fuschia ruffles from Marchesa. Always tasteful, Dr. Carolyn Chang chose a sweet bodice gown in blue by Alice Temperley

Symphony Gala Co-chairs James Hormel and Michael Nguyen-Hormel, the first openly gay married couple to occupy the chair’s chair, wore matched embroidered tuxedos from Alexander McQueen. Laura Jacobson‘s black and white gown with a slit up to here and v-neck down to there accentuated her long and lean assets, and her date Jan Gaudstad appeared the ideal partner in pictures. And, finally, I give Sabrina Buell and Yves Behar the prize for chicest and most stylish straight couple of the night!
