The City is buzzing, there are mobs of people in the restaurants and boutiques on the Champs-Élysées, it seems the entire world is here for Paris Fashion Week. The City of Light looks exquisite in the pale light, its stunning architecture the perfect backdrop.
Our international group is made up of San Franciscans including stylist Karen Tamblyn, photographer and videographer Nelsa Micklow, renowned jeweler to the stars and designer of the Miss Universe tiara, Rosalina Lydster, Olivia Decker, straight from Monaco, restaurateur and jet-setter Jorge Maumer, in from Budapest, and venture capitalist Fariba Rezvani from Barcelona. The ultra-chic Pershing Hall is a Paris hotspot, featuring vertical gardens in the midst of the stunning Hotel Particulier and a fashionable crowd, perfect for our opening night dinner.
Late night at the Plaza Athénée. Isha and Asim Abdullah, owners of the House of Ungaro, also from San Francisco, welcomed us to their home away from home in the private bar.
