Sculpted arms are beautiful accessories, especially with evening gowns. To tone and shape your arms, Kristi Dowler of VyAyr Fitness recommends four exercises daily:

  1. Bicep Curls – with a five pound weight in each hand, face palms upward, let your arms hang, but keep elbows close to your body and curl the weights up to shoulders, repeat 15 times
  2. Lateral Raises – weights in each hand, hang arms down at sides then lift them out to the side to shoulder height and lower back down, repeat 15 times
  3. Dips – sit on the edge of a chair or bench, fingers curved over the edge, slide off edge, lowering hips toward the ground, knees can be bent or straight, push back up through heels of hands till elbows straighten, repeat 15 times
  4. Push Ups – lie on the floor, place hands shoulder level, toes or knees on the ground, press up by straightening arms, pause at top and then slowly lower toward the ground again, elbows bend to 90 degrees, push back to top, repeat 15 times
