House of Ungaro Celebrates 50 Years — Asim and Isha Abdullah celebrated the 50th anniversary of their Emanuel Ungaro brand and launched the new fragrance “La Diva,” in Paris on January 26, 2016. Along with House of Ungaro Creative Director Fausto Puglisi, they welcomed 600 guests to the famous Petit Palais. The event featured a virtual history of the brand in images — from haute couture to prêt-à-porter — choreographed and created by Ali Mahdavi to an original score created by Monarchy.
The new fragrance “La Diva” was introduced by Michele Norsa, CEO of the Salvatore Ferragamo Group, through a 3D projection on the façade of the Petit Palais with the protagonist Charlotte Free as the new face of the perfume, which is licensed to Ferragamo Parfums.
