San Francisco Symphony rang in the Lunar New Year and welcomed the Year of the Dragon on February 11, 2012, at its 12th Annual Chinese New Year Concert and Celebration. The festivities began with an afternoon reception at Davies Symphony Hall, followed by a Chinese and Chinese-American composer-filled program led by conductor Carolyn Kuan. A Chinese New Year Imperial Dinner at City Hall capped off the celebrations.
