Lou and Page Adler’s Starry Night, a benefit event for The Painted Turtle,brought the stars to San Francisco for a one-night-only performance. Annette Bening, Danny DeVito, Kathy Griffin, Josh Groban, Randy Newman, Bonnie Raitt, Amber Riley and Renee Zellweger filled the stage at Davies Symphony Hall.

The show at Davies Symphony Hall on March 10, 2014, was a benefit for The Painted Turtle and UCSF Medical Center. The Painted Turtle is a year-round camp for children with life-threatening and chronic medical conditions, part of Paul Newman’s international family of SeriouslyFun camps.
Not only Hollywood celebrities, but also sports celebrities Ronnie Lot, Marshawn Lynch and Barry Zito came out for the cause and helped raise some $1.5 million. The inspiring stage performance produced by Lou and Page Adler included 12 campers. The afterparty featured MC Hammer in Davies’ new Zellerbach Hall.
