Lovesick 2
Designs by Alexandria von Bromssen

“I do Lovesick because I am lovesick,” said Alexandria von Bromssen of Lovesick3, her theatrical lingerie and fashion show on February 14, 2010. The venue, Mighty, is a nightclub in an area referred to as SOMISSPO (where SOMA, the Mission and Potrero Hill meet).  Alexandria is part of a growing independent culture and a fashion movement building in the Bay Area right now. Makeup artists, models, musicians and fashion designers are banding together to produce runway-style shows in clubs all over the city. Lovesick 3 included 40 lingerie and ready-to-wear looks from Alexandria von Bromssen’s namesake fashion label (launched in 2007), Gelareh Designs and Kayo Anime Clothing, just to name a few, and live music performances from Goldenheart, Bad Unkl Sista and DJs Irene Hernandez and Martin Collins.
