Red Carpet Fashion Week in San Francisco, 2014, started with a party for Nicky Hilton on Tuesday, September 2nd. On Wednesday, the well-heeled flock headed to San Francisco Symphony’s 103rd season opening gala, and on Friday to Opera Ball, the opening celebration for San Francisco Opera’s 92nd season.
