Thousands turned out in black and white finery for San Francisco Symphony’s Black and White Ball, chaired by Patricia Sprincin, in San Francisco’s Civic Center on May 22, 2010. Performances by Tony Bennett, k.d. Lang, Kool & the Gang, and enough musical guests to fill five outdoor stages, kept the dancing and partying going until well past midnight. The next Black and White Ball is scheduled for May 2012.
