Bay Area based fashion designer Vasily Vein presented 14 new spring floral looks at Mishin Fine Arts gallery on May 1, 2015. Some 100 local clients, friends and supporters gathered to view the collection, which was dedicated to and inspired by Audrey Hepburn. Vein creates custom, made-to-measure and ready-to-wear in his studio, located in Sausalito, California.
Vasily Vein, originally from Moscow, Russia, moved to San Francisco in 2008, and soon after began designing evening gowns for private clients. Red Carpet Bay Area first noticed Vein’s designs on Sonya Molodetskaya in 2011; we captured a retrospective of his work at a benefit event for Rooms that Rock 4 Chemo in 2014.
