Pink lace, black lace, sheer lace and floral patterns ruled at this year’s Junior Committee of the Fine Arts Museums Mid-Winter Gala. Dolce & Gabbana sponsored the 13th annual event at the Legion of Honor in San Francisco on March 31, 2016. Standouts among the lace included gala co-chair Kathryn Lasater, Vandy Boudreau and Marissa Mayer, all pretty in pink. Sultry in black lace, honorary co-chair Vanessa Getty, gala co-chair Allison SpeerAlexis Traina and swimsuit model Anne Vyalitsyna. In abundance, Dolce & Gabbana florals, remarkably on Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke, Larry Ellison‘s girlfriend, Nikita Kahn, and Sutro Energy Group founder Nicole Systrom, there with her husband, Instagram cofounder Kevin Systrom.

Honorary co-chair Trevor Traina, dapper in black-tie, welcomed some 400 guests including his mother, President of Fine Arts Museums, Dede Wilsey. The evening marked Mrs. Wilsey’s first time at the “junior” event. More notables included Dolce & Gabbana’s Domenico Dolce, fashion and technology leader Paul Deneve, Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppelman with Kelcey Morton, Sloan and Roger Barnett; vintners Gina Gallo and Jean-Charles Boisset, Jenny and Roman Coppola, and Julia and Yuri Milner.

After cocktails in the galleries guests moved on to dinner, an Italian feast, served in a dark red tent filled with crystal chandeliers, lace tablecloths, candelabras and red roses. A live auction featured four experiences from Traina’s IfOnly, and finally, fashion stylist turned DJ Nikki Pennie got her grooves on, and they danced.
