The annual benefit ensures that the San Francisco Garden Club can continue its 91-year history of contributing to the beautification of the City and County of San Francisco. The Land Of Flowers luncheon will benefit San Francisco Garden Club’s Alice Eastwood Legacy Garden located in the San Francisco Botanical Garden. The funds raised from the luncheon will be used to refurbish the plantings many of which are in need of tending, supplementing, or replacing. The restoration work on the garden will be done by Botanical Garden certified gardeners with support from San Francisco Garden Club volunteers. The goal of the completed project is to make the Alice Eastwood Garden a place that the general public will enjoy visiting often and in which they will want to linger.
